1. General Information
At Pentome Studio, we aim to provide the best possible service experience. Since all bookings and sessions are pre-scheduled, the following cancellation and refund terms apply.
2. Cancellation
Cancellations made 72 hours (3 days) or more prior to the session: full refund.
Cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours before the session: 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session or no-shows: non-refundable.
3. Rescheduling
Bookings can be rescheduled once, provided the request is made at least 48 hours before the session. The new date will be arranged based on studio availability.
4. After the Service Begins
Once a session has started or the service has been completed, no cancellations or refunds are possible. In cases of technical issues, studio-related delays, or force majeure, Pentome Studio may offer a reshoot or a date change as compensation.
5. Payment & Refund Process
All payments are securely processed through iyzico.
Approved refunds will be issued via the original payment method within 3–7 business days.
Pentome Studio is not responsible for delays caused by banks or iyzico’s processing times.
